Eligibility:

Participants must be 18 years of age or older and legal residents of the United States. Employees of NestGuard Insurance and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.​

No Purchase Necessary:

No purchase, payment, or insurance quote is required to enter or win. A purchase or quote does not increase your chances of winning.

How to enter:

Entries must be submitted by completing an official raffle ticket at the event. Only one entry per person is allowed unless otherwise stated.

Entry Period:

Entries will be accepted during the Singing Hills Elementary Fall Festival on 10/29/2025. All entries must be received by the end of the event to qualify.
​​
Prize:
-
One (1) winner will receive a Yeti Cooler. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be substituted.

Winner Selection & Notification:

One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via phone or email within 5 business days after the event. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 7 days, another winner may be selected.

Publicity:

By entering, participants agree that NestGuard Insurance may use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy:

Contact information collected will be used solely for the purpose of raffle administration and occasional communications from NestGuard Insurance. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties.

General Conditions:

NestGuard Insurance reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if any issue compromises its integrity or proper conduct. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and decisions made by NestGuard, which are final.
